SPECIAL WORK BY MORATONAS

La obra que os enseñamos hoy es otro Special Work by Moratonas. En concreto, se trata de una escultura hecha con travertino El travertino es una roca sedimentaria que se utiliza como material de ornamentación en construcción tanto interior como exterior. En este caso, esta escultura estará ubicado en la conocida basílica de Barcelona, la Sagrada Familia de Gaudí.

Como ya remarcamos en una publicación anterior sobre Special Works by Moratonas, éstos siempre están terminados por la mano del hombre, lo que se puede apreciar en la fotografía.

The work that we show you today is another Special Work by Moratonas. Specifically, it is a sculpture that is made with travertine. The travertine is a sedimentary Stone that is used as an exterior and interior ornamentation material. In this case, this sculpture will be located in the popular basilica of Barcelona called Sagrada Familia, which is also the Gaudí’s most popular work.

As we have already emphasize in a last post about Special Works by Moratonas, these projects are always finished by the man. You can appreciate this fact in the picture.
