Además este acabado también es idóneo para obras en piscinas por sus propiedades antideslizantes.

Con el abujardado, la superficie resultante tiene pequeños cráteres de 1 – 3 mm de profundidad y una anchura uniforme, el tono de la roca se aclara ligeramente. Cabe destacar que la profundidad de las protuberancias lógicamente depende del tamaño y la densidad del puntero utilizado, además de la fuerza y del número de impactos.
