SAN VICENTE CLÁSICO SLABS

Hoy os mostramos unas tablas de San Vicente Clásico. En primer lugar, podéis ver las imágenes del bloque a corte de sierra y luego las tablas de 2 cm ya pulidas que hemos obtenido mediante la avanzada tecnología que utilizamos en nuestro taller.

Este acabado pulido y brillante se logra mediante la técnica de abrasión, en este proceso, se va pasando el material por diferentes granulometrías cada vez más finas, éstas consiguen darle a la piedra su aspecto brillante.

En Mármoles Moratonas utilizamos el abrasivo diamantado pues se trata de una técnica más avanzada que nos permite lograr resultados espectaculares a la vez que conseguimos minimizar los esfuerzos de trabajo.

Como podéis observar, con el pulido logramos una superficie lisa y brillante con una porosidad prácticamente nula. De este modo, se destaca al máximo nivel la estructura, el color y la textura de la piedra. Además, este acabado otorga al material una resistencia mayor a los ataques de agentes externos.

Today we show a batch of San Vicente Clásico. First, you can see pictures of the block in saw cut and then the polished slabs of 2 cm that we have obtained using the advanced technology we use in our workshop.

The polished finish is achieved by abrasion technique, in this process, the material passes through different progressively finer grain sizes, and they give the stone its shiny appearance.

In Mármoles Moratonas use abrasive diamond because it is a more advanced technique that allows us to achieve spectacular working results while minimizing efforts.

As you can see, with the polished we obtain a smooth, shiny surface with almost no porosity. Thus, highlights the structure, color and texture of the stone at the maximum level. In addition, this finish gives the material a high resistance to external agent attacks.
