OUR MACHINES

Para mostraros un poco más nuestro trabajo diario, hoy vamos a hablar sobre nuestra maquinaria en Mármoles Hnos. Moratonas. 

Cada una de nuestras maquinas tiene una función fundamental, clave para el desarrollo de todo el proceso que se sigue. Desde la extracción, hasta la carga final del material en el camión para enviarlo al cliente final.

El primer paso, antes que nada, es la extracción de los bloques en la Cantera. Para ello hay que hacer uso de unos procesos específicos para el corte de la piedra en la cantera, y con la ayuda de maquinaria de extracción; conseguir separar cada uno de ellos.

A continuación, proceder a su medición y peso.

Y posteriormente, cada bloque será transportado hasta el camión que será el transporte utilizado: De la cantera a la fábrica.

Como se puede comprovar, cada uno de los vehículos es de gran magnitud para poder soportar sin problema el gran peso de nuestros materiales.

Una vez en la fábrica, las distintas opciones son varias. Dependiendo del acabado y tamaño que se quiera conseguir.  

Los bloques se transportan, hasta la zona de cortes y preparación.

 

Y a continuación: se distribuyen en las maquinas específicas depende del tipo de corte que se quiera obtener de resultado y/o acabados superficiales.

With the intention to show you our diary work a bit more, we are going to talk about our machinery.

Each of our machines has a fundamental function. They are the key to the development of the whole process that is followed.

From the extraction, to the final load of the material in the truck, to send it to the final customer.

The first step, fist of all, is the extraction of the blocks. To do this, it is necessary to make use of some specific processes for cutting the stone in the quarry, and with the help of the extraction technique; get to separate each of them.

Then proceed to its measurement and weight.

And leter, ecah of the vehicles is of great magnitude to be able to withstand the problem of the weight of our materials.

Once in the factory, the different options are several. Depending on the finish ans size you want.

The blocks are transported, to the zone of cuts and preparation.

And then: it is distributed in the machines, depending on the type of cut that can be obtained and surface finished.
